- A product claiming to be a detox can't even specify which type of toxic it removes
- Natural smoothies such as cucumber, lemon juices do not detoxify your skin/body. Though they are healthy.
- Companies or brands use words such as 'detox' for the sake of advertisement and marketing.
- A product claiming to remove impurities from our body is just a scam no matter how prosperous its brand is.
Myth-2: Oiling hair prevent hair fall and baldness
Description: This myth is actively being followed mostly in India and people claiming that oiling help in preventing hair fall is widely circulated in the prints and articles, they have no idea about the evidence. Though myth will remain a myth even after several ayurvedic evidence may be claimed.
Truth:
- Oiling never makes hair healthy, but attracts dust particles. Which makes hair prone to dandruff.
- Certain oil companies claiming that their product will help you in preventing hair fall and stimulate hair growth is a scam.
- Few drops of oil can make your hair smooth because oil does nothing but act as a lubricant.
- Think twice while buying oil for hair if you want it to act as a lubricant (making hair smooth) or for preventing hair fall/stimulating hair growth.

Myth-3: Natural skin products are better than chemical-based skin product
Description: Believe it or not, this is complete shit! You know why? because all-natural things available on earth is made up of chemical.

Myth-4: Quality of Skin product base on how expensive it is
Description: This myth is widely followed by people worldwide. Ingredients for products for particular work will remain just the same.
Most dermatologists claim that expensive brands aren't any better for you than less costly creams. "Price is irrelevant from the point of view of whether it works or not,"
Truth:
- A person having acne-prone skin will definitely choose acne preventive cream. Whether this cream may be expensive or not, 98% of the ingredients will be the same.
- The remaining 2% of ingredients inexpensive cream is of no use and generally consists of ester (perfume) and other kinds of stuff for luxury.
- Think twice before purchasing expensive cream whether you are purchasing for luxury or thinking like it would be worth more.
