The same thing here as above. According to Mark Cerny, who is an American game developer, he said that PS5 will going to have an amazing 16 GB GDDR5 RAM which is pretty awesome and 100 times faster than previous one.
But at the same time, we cannot say that PS5 RAM is better than that of Gaming PC because it depend on the user and he or she can definitely get better one with money in pocket.
4. Storage
PS5 will be having 825 GB of storage whereas in gaming PC, it is on you whether you want more space to store more stuffs or less is fine for you.
Hence, you got more freedom in gaming PC in every term.
So in terms of performance, you gets wider option to change it according to your want.
Activity-wise
Here, PS5 and gaming PC is compared on the basis of how much activity it can perform.
1. Games
PS5 will having more of the Sony exclusive games and less of the games of opposition brands whereas gaming PC seem to be neutral in the battle between other platforms so even games which are originally made for a specific console have more chance to be released for gaming PC.

2. Portability

Controller is less responsive than keyboard and mouse. Till now, we can say that console have controller which is less responsive but not have any information about the control of PS5.
Moreover, you can move the mouse as quick as possible or as slow as possible but in PS5, you might have to change the sensitivity level to adjust your control, which I think isn't pretty cool.

Nothing can beat gaming pc in terms of platform as it flow with time with the change in technology but in case of console, you will buy it, wait for few years to get it old, and throw it as Sony do not want to make any new game because they are now focusing on new gen console.
